The ageing society era is coming which means there will be too much of elder who can't work as well as young people and another interesting thing is there will be cause of new career for coping with this situation. For example, the career to look after elders, the career to manage workers that is lower than in the present.

It cause the entrepreneurs want to decrease the employee. So alternative from new technology such as robot and AI is an interesting solution because they can work accurately and can work full-time but they don't want any salaries. Only use the money to buy it, then in the long term, they don't have to spend money anymore. (except the money to maintain them) and it cause the consumers behavior changing into online because everyone can access smartphone and computer more easily.

While the rate of human birth is increasing, the world resource have gradually been decreasing too. That's because we use a lot of resources to maintain our life. But we didn't have good management so that bring a big problem that we won't have enough resources for the next generations. Therefore, what future career must do is reducing resource usage and find alternative resource.
