GREEN STEPS is an initiative by the students to share their feelings about mother nature and a request to the society to join us in climbing these steps to protect nature.
How innocent Nature is, it always gives so much, but never takes a little. So why are we becoming a guilty, by using it's sweet innocence, to fulfill our greed, which is out of nature's tolerance?
Nature's teachings are essence of living life: rivers tells us to keep flowing with waves of hard work, grass teaches that a smile can always make a eroded soil of unhappiness into beauty of happiness and skies teach to have high thoughts.
Nature is like a mother, always taking care of the the living organism like her children and tries her best to make them happy even after getting weaken due to human activities.
Nature is so connected to us, from our birth to our death, it's the only thing that will never leave you alone. Then why are we breaking this relation with such acts that wouldn't allow nature to stay with our future generations forever?

Our school is a small rural school with approximately 220 students from years foundation to 12 (5 year olds to 18 year olds). It is set in a small town of 120 people. The school is surrounded on three sides by farmlands. We have enjoyed networking with our two global partner schools and learning with them and from them.
The Year 9/10 Global ICT class was involved in this project. There are only five students in the class. Each student produced a video on the theme of "The Green Steps". See the page on this site, called "Our Videos"
