I think that a real healthy lifestyle is an important choice.
Firstly, it means eating only healthy food. For example, vegetables, meat, fish, fruits, etc. However, junk and fast food is not normal for these people. It is difficult sometimes, because a healthy food is not always tasty food. A lot of people do not like vegetables, but they are useful for organism and full of necessary vitamins. However, some food, for example, crispy, is tasty very much, but useless and junk for us. Healthy people must follow a healthy diet.
Secondly, this lifestyle includes physical exercises. You must often go to gym or swimming pool, for example. This kind of activity makes your body slim and healthy. For lazy people and hard-workers it is difficult so much. For these people the best way is doing sport at home. There are a lot of video-coachers.
Thirdly, an important part of life of many people is a bad habits. They cannot live without smoking, drinking and etc. For them it is difficult to give up these habits, but a healthy lifestyle is never includes these items, because smoking and drinking, for example, destroy person’s organism.
In conclusion I can say that a healthy lifestyle is a difficult choice, but it gives you a lot of chances and healthy life.
Our life is very stressful and chaotic. That’s why we should keep to a healthy lifestyle in order not to feel bad. We are healthier, we feel better. We feel better, we live longer.
People with the healthy lifestyle have some rules: they eat healthy food, go in for sports and keep the regime of the day.
A diet is very important for people. You should eat regularly and choose healthy food. The balanced diet should include different kinds of products, such as meat, fruit and vegetables.
We have to understand the harm of bad habits for our health.
I think that sport occupies the most important place in a healthy way of life. You can do exercises in the morning and you can practice various sports.
As for me, I really like taekwondo. This sport is very interesting and beautiful! I take part in different competitions. I am sure that taekwondo is very important for my health.
We have to take care of health!
"I get sick very rarely. And I think that one of the reasons is sport. I have being wrestled for 9 years. I have a lot of awards and I plan to do this kind of sport in future life. My dad was also involved in sports and because of this he is so healthy, I think that when he becomes old he will not be ill."
