Hello! My name is Miss Dugan and I am so excited to be teaching grade 4 this upcoming school year!!  This is my second year teaching at Neil M. Ross. Last year I taught both grades 3 and 5. When I was in elementary school, I went to NMR, and now work alongside a few of my former teachers :)
