Collecting the Degree Certificate

The student should come in person to collect the Degree certificate. You are required to bring National Identity card, payment receipts of dues & convocation fee.

If you are unable to come to collect the Degree certificate, one of your parents or your spouse (if married) can collect the Degree certificate. The person should provide the payment receipts, a request letter from the student as well as the National Identity Card of the person who comes to collect the Degree certificate. If your spouse comes to collect the Degree certificate a copy of the marriage certificate should also be presented. If one of your parents comes to collect the Degree certificate a copy of your birth certificate should also be presented.
