The General Convocation is a prestigious annual event and a significant milestone in the University calendar. The Student Registration Division plays a leading role in organizing this ceremony, with the dedicated support of various other divisions and departments.
To receive the degree certificate—either in person or in absentia—all students who have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are required to apply for the General Convocation of the relevant year in which they become eligible.
Important Notice:
Graduates must apply for the convocation in the year they are eligible. Failure to apply for the designated convocation will result in ineligibility to apply for the ceremony in the following year.
Applications for the regular Convocation ceremony are usually announced between April and July each year. Detailed instructions and additional information will be published on this website during that period.
