Handling all matters relating to Union & Uniform matters.
Processing the refund of UPF, ETF, gratuity, pension payments etc.
Preparation of Council memoranda, annual estimates, annual report, providing data if and when necessary to University Officials, UGC, and the relevant Authorities
Maintaining cadre register of all Non Academic staff and preparation of annual cadre requirements of University considering requests of Faculties, Centres and Units.
All the follow up matters of HRMDC.
Coordinating the training programmes of Non Academic Staff with SDC
