Chao-Yang Lee received the Ph.D degrees in the Institute of Computer and Communication Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in June 2013. From August 2013 to December 2017, he used to work at Automotive Research & Testing Center, Changhua County, Taiwan, where he was responsible for DSRC communication, decision-making design, and control strategies for the connected & autonomous vehicle. Between September to November 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar with the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Aeronautical Engineering & Graduate Institute of Aviation and Electronic Technology, National Formosa University, Taiwan. His main research interests include intelligent connected & autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, AI drone, internet of thing, wireless communication, and pattern recognition.
