投稿說明：

欲報名口頭報告 / 壁報競賽者，請於填寫本報名表單時一併提交摘要。(本次年會將提供演講老師新台幣 1000 元之演講費，以表謝意。) 

報名費用：

◆  早鳥期間｜即日起至 10 月 4 日止 

     -  教授／研究員（非學生）：新台幣 6,500 元 (含註冊費、會費、住宿費、歡迎晚宴、大會晚宴)

     攜帶眷屬報名費用 (含住宿、大會晚宴、地方探訪行程)：

• 成人 (13歲以上)：每人 3,000 元

• 兒童（6 - 12 歲）：每人 2,000 元

• 幼兒（5 歲以下）：免費（惟不另提供個別餐點，請與同行家人共食。）

※眷屬若欲參加第一天歡迎晚宴，費用如下: 

成人（13歲以上）：NT$1,000／人 ；6 - 12歲：NT$550／人 ；3 - 5歲：NT$150／人 ；未滿3歲：免費  

上述優惠價格僅適用於完成註冊時一併報名歡迎晚宴者；如於現場報名，將依現場公告價格計費。

     -  學生：

• 含住宿：新台幣 4,500 元 (含住宿費、註冊費、歡迎晚宴、大會晚宴)

Abstract Submission: 

Participants who wish to enter the Oral / Poster Competition are required to submit their abstracts when completing this registration form. (As a token of appreciation, NTD 1,000 will be provided to each oral presenter. )

 Registration Fees: 

◆ Early Bird ｜Now through 10/04

 - Professors/Researchers (non-student members): NTD 6,500 (includes registration fee, membership fee, accommodation, field trip, welcome reception, and conference banquet) 

The registration fee for accompanying family members is as follows (includes accommodation, field trip, and conference banquet): 

• Adults (13 years old and above): NTD 3,000 per person

• Children (6–12 years old): NT$2,000 per person

• Children under 6 years old: Free of charge (Please note that separate meals will not be provided. Young children are expected to share meals with their accompanying family members.)
  
  

※Welcome Reception Fee for Accompanying Guests:

Adults (13+): NT$1,000 per person; Children (6 - 12): NT$550 per person; Children (3 - 5): NT$150 per person; Children (under 3): Free of charge.   

The above discounted rates are available only to those who register for the welcome reception during conference registration. On-site registration will be charged according to the prices announced at the venue.  

    - Students: 

• With accommodation: NTD 4,500 (includes registration fee, accommodation, field trip, welcome reception, and conference banquet)

• Accommodation not included: NTD 2,000 (includes registration fee, field trip, welcome reception, and conference banquet)

◆ Regular ｜10/05 to 10/18

 - Professors/Researchers (non-student members): NTD 7,000 (includes registration fee, membership fee, accommodation, field trip, welcome reception, and conference banquet)
