The Renaissance

The Renaissance was the time period of creativity and change in Europe during the 1300s and 1600s. There were changes in many areas of life in science, art, exploration, religion and society and culture. The most important change was that of the people and how they saw themselves and the world. Many people showed interest classical learning and education became very important. The Renaissance was a time of “rebirth” after the medieval world.
