RSU 14 uses a blind lottery process in order to fill the available Pre-K spaces housed at Raymond Elementary School and local partners for families in Windham and Raymond. At this time, the district does not offer universal Pre-K for all four-year-olds due to space limitations. The goal is to move toward universal Pre-K by 2027 with the addition of a new middle school. Pre-K lottery information is communicated starting in February of each year through the district website, district newsletters, and local papers. Families with eligible children (4-years-old by October 15th) are encouraged to submit a lottery application which can be found on this page. All families who are not selected through the blind lottery process will be placed on a waitlist and notified as space becomes available.
