I am so glad you are in my class! We are going to have a fabulous school year!

My name is Mrs. Key, and I am thrilled to be your teacher! This upcoming school year will be my fifteenth year teaching at Windham Primary School. I have taught kindergarten for seven years, first grade for seven years, and before that I was a long term substitute (2ndgrade), daily substitute (multiple grades), and student intern (3rd grade). I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning.

I reside in Buxton, Maine with my fantastic husband, Nate, and our daughter, Maisie. My son, his wife, and my grandson live nearby; and I love spending time with them. We have a silly cat named Leo, a crazy cat named Vinny, and 12 chickens. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends; I have a brother, a sister, nieces, nephews, and more than thirty cousins! I like reading and playing word games like Scrabble, and I LOVE teaching!
