The image below is an example of what students could see being used in my classroom. This is used for students to assess themselves on whether or not they are following certain expectations.

If students are not following the Code of Cooperation, they will receive a reminder. If they continue not to follow the expectations, they could be asked to serve a lunch detention in the main office. If the behavior continues, there will be further consequences discussed.
