Purpose

 The purpose of the Gateway Culture Committee is to examine our policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that all staff and students feel safe, supported, and welcome when in our building. Everyone should feel comfortable and able to express themselves. The Culture Committee will work to ensure a safe and equitable experience and environment for all.
