Registration Fee

• Early registration (by January 15th, 2024): note that it is earlier than the camera-ready due!

  • Regular (early): 75000JPY (~530USD)

  • Student (early): 52500JPY (~370USD)

  • Online (early, both for regular and student): 52500JPY (~370USD)

• Late registration (by February 13th, 2024)

  • Regular (late): 90000JPY

  • Student (late): 70000JPY

  • Online (late, both for regular and student): 70000JPY

• Accompanies (including three lunches, one banquet, and excursion): 23000JPY

Invitation Letter

• An invitation will be issued under the name of the general chair. If you need the invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact <iwsds2024@gmail.com>

  • Japan's border requires much more time than usual because the number of travelers from foreign countries has increased after the pandemic. We suggest you start the VISA process earlier.

Accommodation

• We have some rooms at the venue hotel at the conference rate. You can get the conference rate from the following reservation site.
