How to park on South Hanover St.
There are metered parking spots located directly in front of and across the street from Grow & Tell on S. Hanover Street. Please use the parking kiosk Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Non-meter parking spots are available on South Street. Additional non-meter parking is available on S. Hanover Street south of South Street (in front of Fay's Country Kitchen) towards I-81.
Paying for a parking spot is dependent on the time of day and where you decide to park. If your child’s session is prior to 4:00 Monday - Friday, you will need to pay at the kiosk. After 4:00 and weekend parking is free.

Coin rate/hour- $0.75,
Credit card rate/hour- $1.15
The Borough of Carlisle does not enforce parking meters and “No Parking” on the following days/holidays in 2025:

Please note – Columbus Day is not a Borough Holiday. Tickets will be issued to all vehicles that are in violation of Borough code.
