About us

Group 4 Construction Pty Ltd have been operating since 2016 in Australia. We strive to do a great job with good attention to detail. A bit of past history, Charl have completed a 3 year university diploma in Building Science in Pretoria, South Africa in 2002, as well as a Certificate 4 in Building at Tafe NSW. He registered his own company in South Africa where he specialised in luxury homes and completed many architectural homes over 13 years till July 2014, when he and his family emigrated to Australia Sydney. 

In 2016 he started Group 4 Construction Pty Ltd which he has been operating since. 

Charl is a perfectionist and love building and does it very well! He is one of the few builders that still like to get his hands dirty on site to make sure the job gets done right. 

As a local builder with over 24 years of experience in residential projects we service Canberra and surrounding areas.

We take pride in our workmanship, from the first earthworks on site to the last bit of painting to deliver a beautifully built home that will stand the test of time. We do a detailed line by line tender estimate so there are no financial surprises towards the end of the project.

We like to work closely with the architect and home owner to make sure we meet your requirements the first time. We can assist with designing a home that will be functional and suit your family’s needs.
