Scouts

Who: Ages 11 - 14 (school years 7 - 10)

When: We have two scout troops packs meeting on Tuesdays (air scouts) and Wednesdays (land scouts) during school term time 6.30 - 8.30 and have regular weekend activities and camps.

Where: We normally meet at the All Saints Birkenhead scout den. Your leader will tell you if we are meeting elsewhere.

What we do: Scouts is about having fun while gaining valuable leadership skills and self-confidence by doing outdoor adventures like mountain biking, rock climbing, and camping.

The Scout Handbook provides you with all the information you need to take part in the Scout Programme, as well as a place to record your achievements.

We are using Discord to commumicate and organise our events. Both scouts and members can join. Please ask a leader to be added.

In summer 2023/24 a number of our scouts are attending NZ Jamboree, a gathering of scouts from across the country for a week of adventure. Ask one of our scout leaders if you want to know more or take a look at the Jamboree facebook page.
