Hello, My name is Ms. Lisa. This is my 2nd year with Wolverines Forward. My family and I moved to Griswold from Massachusetts last year and I’m so excited to be part of the Griswold community! I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy participating in team sports, gardening , hiking, kayaking, traveling and exploring new places. I hold a soft spot in my heart for all animals!
I am Mrs. Hart and work full-time as a Para Professional at Griswold High School. I have been with Griswold Public Schools since 2017, and just love working with the kids. Griswold has been my home for 20+ years, and am blessed to work with such a wonderful group of hard-working students. I have one beautiful daughter who attended GPS and just graduated in 2022. She is now a freshman at the American University in Washington D.C. I am very grateful and excited to work for the Wolverines Forward Program.
Hi! My name is Ms. Knotts and this is my first year working at GES. I recently graduated with my bachelors in Elementary Education and with my masters in Special Education Literacy. Last year I discovered my love for teaching math which makes GES a perfect fit as I get to teach 4th grade math all day! My favorite animal is a cow which plays a huge role in my classroom with cows everywhere you look! When I am not teaching, you can find me crafting or on a walk with my dog named Burke!

I grew up in Griswold and I am a graduate of Griswold High School #WolverineStrong I then went on to graduate from Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a B.A. in Spanish. I am also a graduate of The University of Saint Joseph with a Masters in Education, concentrated in the theory of Multiple Intelligences. This is my eighth year working in the Early Childhood setting. And third year working in the GES Preschool. I have been tutoring a variety of grade levels for over a decade! I spend most of my free time adventuring with my dog Moose.

In my spare time I like to travel, go on hikes and am actively involved in Commit Dance fitness where I participate in charity events quarterly. I am Mrs. Tules. I have been working at Griswold Elementary School since 1989! In the afterschool program I have been spending a short time reinforcing reading skills then the rest of the time the children complete their homework and read books. It is great to see the students at the end of the day to help reinforce some of their learning and spend some time reading together.
