Living in a challenging world

Online meeting

The main objective of this project is to work with the definition of the United Nations on Ηuman Rights and make it a living document for students. The great number of migrants leads to national, cultural and religious diversity in classrooms, which in its turn provokes discrimination, segregation, racism, and bullying in school. Establishing connection with people from different countries, different background and different cultures can be the key to solving these problems. The main goal therefore is to implement activities that foster tolerance and understanding. This project is on Human Rights and how people can meet their own needs without depriving other people of the possibility to do the same. Teaching young people about human rights will make them be better able to defend civil, political and social rights.

This project will support the communication between 5 partner countries at the Erasmus project “Living in a challenging world”.
