Mindfulness / Reflection

Your idea of "mindfulness" might be completely different from the person right next to you. There are many different forms of mindfulness and one is learning to let go of everything that no longer serves us, or moves us closer to our goals.

Read through this worksheet and practice it once a week and see how/if anything changes and whether or not you see any mental changes as you embark on this challenge.
