WHY ARE WE HERE?

With the busy lives that so many of us lead it is easy to ignore our own health and wellness. GRIND EAT SLEEP... REPEAT is here to help. We have designed this challenge to facilitate health and wellness within your workplace. There are many benefits to improving your overall wellness and during this challenge we will explore different avenues that can assist in doing just that.

These plans are meant to be used as a form of guidance to help facilitate health and wellness through the lenses of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. We hope that by offering you all a different approach that you will be able to build some fundamental habits that you can take into the future and continue on the road towards a healthier life.

HOW LONG DOES THE CHALLENGE LAST?

The Wellness Challenge will be a 3 week period from Septermber 13 - October 3. During that time if you ever feel like you hit a plateau or you aren't being challenged enough, you are welcome to reach out to us for adjustments in your meal and workout plans.

I AM BUSY! HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DOES THIS REQUIRE?

The Wellness Challenge is built around the busy daily schedule! It is intended to allow you to increase health and wellness in just 15 minutes per day at a bare minimum (obviously it is encouraged to increase that amount). We will dedicate an average of at least 5 minutes to each of the three areas; mental, physical, nutritional.

These daily challenges will be tasks that can be completed first thing in the morning, at the end of the day after the students have left, quickly before your lunch, etc.

DO YOU NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

No. You will have the ability to do each challenge with what you already have.

DO I HAVE TO WORKOUT EVERY DAY?

No. You will have access to body weight workout videos provided by us, however the daily physical challenge will never include doing an entire workout, it is just an option for you to increase health and wellness.

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A STRICT MEAL PLAN?

No. Meal plans are optional to participants during this challenge for you to increase health and wellness. The daily nutritional challenge will typically include making a simple healthier choice each day.

WHERE DO I GET MY MEAL/WORKOUT PLANS?

Nutrition and workout plans are not provided in this challenge by your employer, but they are definitely an option and highly suggested. You have the option to purchase (at half price) your own PERSONALIZED meal plan or workout plan to utilize during the challenge for greatest results.

To sign up for a meal and/or workout plan, simply complete the corresponding survey on the "Services" page. Your individualized plans will be sent to you upon completion of payment.

HOW DO THE MEAL PLANS WORK?

Our meal plans are made specifically to your individual eating style. We offer 5 different options to choose from; Traditional, Vegan, Keto, and Intermittent Fasting, as well as an Intuitive Eating approach. Each are unique and you are able to choose which best fits you.

HOW ARE THE WINNERS FOR CHALLENGE SELECTED?

Whether or not this challenge is run like a competition is completely up to the school running the challenge. Therefore, the selection process is 100% done by your school participants and overseers. GRIND EAT SLEEP... REPEAT holds NO influence on how winners are selected if run as a competition. We are here to help facilitate healthier lifestyles throughout this process and will not hold any weight in selecting a winner.
