Harmony is a group of notes that play at the same time, except these notes are played behind, beneath, and around the melody. Harmony supports the melody and gives the music texture or mood. You can change how a piece of music sounds by changing only the harmony. The same melody will sound very different if you play it with one harmony or another.
Dynamics mean the loud's and softs in music - the volume switch.

Monophonic - a single melody
Homophonic - a melody with chords accompanying it.
Polyphonic - many melodies at the same time

In music we use the term "form" to describe the structure of the music. The main form used in pop music is a verse, chorus structure which is an example of Binary Form. Each section in music is given a letter name ie first section is called section A, second section is called section B, etc.
