At School

Music Lessons are available in the following:

Piano. Voice and Musical Theory taught by long time teacher Mrs Jessica McMillan (Tuesday and Friday).

Guitar, Bass and Drums taught by ex student and long time teacher Mr Jeremy Ewan (Wednesday and Thursday)

Lessons are held on an individual or small group basis and run during school time for 20-30minutes depending on student demand. All lessons are paid for through funding from the Ministry of Education.

Important

If a student is going to miss a lesson, they will need to email Mrs Fleming or their teacher directly before or in the morning the day of their lesson.
Continual lack of unexplained absences will see the student removed from lessons.
A waiting list will run if there are too many students for available places. When this occurs priority will be given to students doing Year 10 or NCEA Music as a subject.
