We are in "a new normal" right now with ongoing changes; nobody could have possibly imagined or prepared for things to happen the way they have. Ms. Attmore wants you to know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. You might feel shy, scared, confused, excited, overwhelmed, upset, grateful, or completely calm. You might feel many things at once, like being upset that we can't be physically at school, but happy that you can wear pajamas all day.
Your feelings are normal; the situation is not.
