Mrs. Hunter's Bio

Hi!  I'm excited to enter year 18 of teaching and 9 of those at GMC! Teaching continues to be my passion and being part of their educational journey is a blessing.  I graduated from Clemson University in 2008 with a Secondary Education: Mathematics degree.  Since then I have obtained my Masters in Educational Leadership and went on to finish 30 more graduate hours in a variety of classes (Gifted & Talented Student, Rigorous Assessments, Project Based Learning, etc).  

I have been married for 12 years and we have 3 amazing kiddos - Charlestyn, Charlotte and Crew.  When I'm not at school being an involved and crafty mom is my favorite pasttime.  We also love traveling, being involved with our church, and spending time with friends and family.
