Hey, y'all! My name is Sara Wyatt, and I am proud to be a General! I've taught in Rock Hill and Columbia in years past, but the upstate is my home. This year, I'll be teaching English 3, Journalism 1, and Yearbook. 

I'm a James F. Byrnes high school graduate and originally hail from good ole Duncan, SC (Go Rebels!). That's actually where my husband and I met-- we're high school sweethearts! So, both of our families live close by, and we love spending time with them. 

I graduated from Winthrop University twice, first with my Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication in 2015 and then again with my Masters of Arts in Teaching Secondary English in 2018. I am so proud to be a Winthrop Eagle and will gladly talk your ear off about my amazing 7 years there. I always wanted to be an English teacher, and my time as an Eagle made that happen for me. 

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters, my husband, and our Goldendoodle Lemon. I love to go on road trips, take on house projects with my hubby, and host friends and family at our home.
