Class overview
K-5 Art courses guiding students through the elements and principles of art making. Concepts of making will be directly related to their basis in art history. Emphasis is placed on skill development, creative ideation, and revision.
The student will be able to appreciate art and connect it to their regular lives. Art students will understand how to interact with art from initial idea to final display.
About me
I studied Art Studio at Coastal Carolina University. I have taught art at a variety of arts museums, centers, school levels, art tutoring and camps.
My own artwork ranges from comic illustration at conventions, caricature, set design for student productions, live portraiture, and paintings for gallery work.
