November-January: Teachers and Counselors recommend rising 9th, 10th and 11th grade students to take AVID Elective next year
January: Visit Feeder Middle Schools for recommendations for rising 9th grade
Recommendations for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade due 2/14
9th grade due 3/1
February 28th: AVID Informational Meeting for prospective students
March 4th: AVID Showcase Night
March 1-March 31th: Students complete AVID Application
April 14-17: AVID Interviews (10th, 11th, 12th graders)
April 21-23: AVID Interviews (9th graders)
