Hello, I am Srta. Hardesty. This is my seventh year teaching Spanish at Mauldin High School. I graduated from Bob Jones University with a Bachelors of Science in Spanish Education. During my time at BJU, I participated in a study abroad program and spent a month in Spain, living with a host family and attending classes daily. This was a great experience in which I grew in my Spanish proficiency and gained a better understanding of Spanish culture. I also have had the opportunity to spend a few wonderful weeks in Cuba.  While I was there, I was able to use my Spanish to get to know the people there and spend time with them. 

In my time since, I have loved teaching the students of Mauldin. They have shown me what a joy it really is to teach.
