Chromebook Troubleshooting

• Make sure you have the directions correct and are using the correct username and password

• Check for the link in Google Classroom and try copying and pasting the link directly into the address bar

• Check your internet connection

• Turn the computer off and back on

• Re-authenticate the Chromebook using the blue key at the bottom

• Work on something else and try again later
