Meet Your Teacher
My name is Vicki Bramer and this will be my eighth year at Oakview Elementary as a 5th grade teacher. I am teaching all subjects this year as a self-contained teacher.

I spent 15 years in South Bend, Indiana, teaching grades 1, 2, and 3. My husband took a job with NBC and we relocated to Winston Salem, NC. I spent three years there teaching 5th grade. This year will be my 25th year of teaching. I graduated from Indiana University South Bend and went on to complete my Masters Degree at Indiana Wesleyan. I completed my Gifted and Talented certification at Duke University. I also completed my +30 grad work at the College of Charleston.

In my spare time, I love boating on Lake Keowee, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. We have a spoiled dog named Callaway and 12 chickens! They bring us so much joy! We are big Notre Dame fans and football season is an exciting time in our house. I look forward to spending my year with my wonderful students at Oakview!
