About Me

I started my education in Machine Tool before I ever signed up for the first class. I had the privilege of growing up in a machine shop with my dad, who was a machinist. I have great memories as a young boy hanging out with my dad on some Saturdays at his workplace.

Fast forward a few years and I enrolled in the Machine Tool program at the local community college. I started my career in 2000 with my first job in a machine shop. After several years of experience I had the opportunity to start training other people on the job, which is when I discovered my love for teaching. I have taught Machine Tool on the High school and on the college level for over 6 years now.

I am looking forward to the school year and to hopefully sparking an interest in young people for machining.
