Hello! I'm so excited to teach here at Traveler's Rest. I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and went to college at The University of Alabama. I taught there in Tuscaloosa, then my husband and I moved to Greenville this summer for his engineering job! We got married in November, which is why my legal name is still Mantooth- but I'll go by Mrs. Blankenship or Mrs. B! 

I have a miniature schnauzer, Margot, and I love spending time with her, reading (obviously), going to church, doing arts and crafts, and spending time outside! I'm a huge nerd as well and love Marvel movies and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

I truly care about each student and I want my classroom to be a safe space for everyone. I'm always here to listen!
