Welcome! My name is Samantha Tindal and this is my sixth year teaching at Thomas E. Kerns Elementary School! I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I am one of three children; an older sister and younger brother. I graduated from J.L. Mann High School in 2013. I attended Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina and earned my double certification in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a minor in English. The year after I graduated, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida and worked in a fifth grade math classroom in an inner-city school. I learned a lot about myself and the kind of teacher I wanted to be. I decided to bring all that I have learned back to hometown. I am so honored and blessed to be a part of the TEK family. I graduated end of August with Masters degree in Administration from Anderson University.
In my free time I like to watch movies, listen to music, and bake. Chocolate chip cookies are my SPECIALTY!
