Hello! I'm Amanda Van Patton. I am excited to be your child's teacher this year!  I wanted to share a little about myself with you.  

I've been happily married to my husband, Benjamin, for 21 years. We have three wonderful children, Bella, Crayton, & Olivia. 

This is my 23rd year teaching and my 15th year at Tigerville Elementary. I'm a lifelong Blue Ridge resident, having attended Blue Ridge schools before earning my degree from North Greenville University.  Our community is very important to me- Ridge Nation! 

In my spare time, I love reading, crafting/decorating, and spending time at the beach whenever I get the chance.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping children grow in confidence and discover the joy of learning. I believe every child has the ability to succeed, and I love encouraging and supporting them as they reach their full potential.
