Ms. Thorfinnsson

My name is Kelly Thorfinnsson and I am thrilled to be your child's 4K teacher! I am excited that this will be my ninth year teaching K4. This will be my first year teaching at Dunbar. For the past 8 years I taught at Riley Child Development Center.  I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland but moved to South Carolina when I was 8 years old and attended Greenville County Schools. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a BA in Early Childhood Education. When I'm not at school I enjoy watching my son play soccer, spending time with family & friends and helping with my church youth groups. I especially love going to the beach, mountains and traveling to new places! I also enjoy cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers and Clemson Tigers!
