This is my 18th year teaching special education. I have had the opportunity to serve in many different roles throughout my career, including Resource Teacher, Multi-Categorical Teacher, and Special Education Coordinator. This will be my 11th year at Brushy Creek, and I feel so fortunate to work alongside such an amazing group of teachers and administrators.

I grew up in Greenville, but I have also had the opportunity to live all across the United States—from Hawaii to Oregon! My husband, Dean, is also an educator, and we have two children, Cannon, who is 11, and Hayes, who is 9. We also have a very loved Lab named Boone who is definitely part of the family!

When we aren't at school, we love exploring Greenville, spending time with family and friends, and getting outside as much as possible.
