Exams on the Horizon; School is on Home Stretch
May Calendar - Please see the attached calendar for May. It includes all testing, exams and material return dates. Please plan accordingly as students must take their exams on the assigned dates.
Please see the attached information regarding all Senior Class of 2024 Important Dates remaining the school year. Please contact your student's counselor if you have any questions/concerns.
2024 Graduation! The Riverside High School Class of 2024 will graduate at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Please see the attached information regarding graduation information.
All Riverside High School Seniors were notified in Advisory on Wednesday about the Senior End-of Year Meeting. This meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 24th during Advisory in the Riverside High School Auditorium. All seniors should attend this meeting to receive very important information about turning in materials, senior celebrations, and graduation. The presentation and handouts from the meeting will be posted on the Senior Website after the meeting for students that cannot attend due to attending classes at the career centers or Fine Arts Center. The best way to get all the information you need to close out the year is by attending this meeting.
2024 Prom - Riverside High School held its annual Senior Prom recently at Southern Bleachery. Congratulations to Seniors Quinton Hood and Guaryama Blanchard for being named Prom King & Queen.
Warrior Highlights
The Riverside High School Girls Lacrosse Team will play Christ Church Monday Night in the Class AAAA Upper State Championship. With a win, the Warriors will play the winner of Bishop England vs. Oceanside Collegiate Saturday, April 27 at 3:30 p.m. at Irmo High School.

2024 Football Schedule - The Riverside High School 2024 Varsity Football Schedule has been released. Please see the Warriors' opponents for the upcoming seasons.
Parents and Guardians,
In light of recent events at athletic venues across the country, Greenville County Schools has updated its safety requirements for athletic events, effective immediately.
For all Greenville County Schools athletic events, the following requirements are in place to ensure the safety of all attendees:
Middle school students and younger must be accompanied by an adult 19 years old or older to every athletic event
High school students must have a school-issued ID to enter an athletic event alone; otherwise, they must be accompanied by an adult 19 years old or older
No loitering in any area; all fans need to sit in the home or visitor stands during the event
Not following any of the rules outlined above will result in removal from the event without a refund
As a reminder, there is a clear bag policy for GCS events.
In addition, Riverside High School does not allow any outside food or drink into the stadium.
Thank you for your cooperation and help to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Radium Girls - The Riverside High School Drama Department will present "Radium Girls" April 25-26 from at 7:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5. Please come and support the Warrior Drama Department.

PTSA needs your help! We have several open positions on our board for next year. Both Executive and Committee Chair positions are available. We would love to work with you. PTSA School Store Volunteers Needed
The RHS School Store is open from 12 - 2:15 p.m. Monday - Friday in the cafeteria. We still need volunteers to assist in the school store during lunch! If interested in volunteering, please see the Sign-Up Genius below. Feel free to bring a friend. You can use the comments section to indicate if someone is joining you. Also, if you're new to working the School Store, let Loree Hartzog know. She’s happy to volunteer with you to show you the ropes. It's easy and really fun! Minds Matter Club
The Minds Matter Club focuses on Mental Health & Finding Your Purpose! The Minds Matter Club will have its final meeting of the year on Wednesday, May 1.

Sign Up or Renew your Shopping Rebates!
Shopping Rebates are an easy way to donate money directly back to Riverside while you shop. Each time you use your Harris Teeter, Lowe’s or Publix cards, a portion of your sales can be donated back to RHS! And with Givebacks, every time you use your credit card RHS has an opportunity to earn money. Please consider signing up for all of these programs – THEY MUST BE RENEWED EACH SCHOOL YEAR!
Harris Teeter has just approved RHS for their Together in Education program. If you’re not already a member, Sign Up for a VIC Card. If you already have a VIC Card, Link your VIC Card to 7472 - Riverside High School PTSA (or ask them to add school #7472 to your card at checkout) and start earning money for RHS. And HT Plus memberships (including free trials) mean an automatic $10 to RHS per membership.
Lowe’s Foods donates through their Back2Schools program. If you are a Lowe’s Fresh Rewards member, please enroll in their Cart to Class program and associate Riverside High to your card.
Publix has raised over $83,000 for RHS to date. Join Club Publix, if you’re not already a member. If you are a Club Publix member, Log in to your Club Publix account. Select My Publix Partner in your Account/Profile to choose Riverside High School PTSA. Then pay with the Publix app, or enter your phone number at checkout.
MemberHub Givebacks allows PTSA members to associate RHS to your credit card purchases. Login to your PTSA MemberHub account, add the Givebacks extension and select Riverside High School PTSA as your cause. Link any credit card you choose and a portion of your eligible purchases will be given back to our school.
