All About Me

The 2025-2026 school year is here, and I am ready to prepare your child for 4th grade…it’ll be here before you know it!  This year will be filled with learning, adventure, and lots of fun!  Get ready…it’s going to be GREAT!

A little bit about me…This is my 12th year teaching, but first year at Alexander. I am thrilled to be a part of the team!. I taught 1st grade for 6 years, 2nd grade for 5, and this is my second year teaching 3rd!  I have a Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Clemson and a Masters of Arts in Literacy from Furman University. I was honored to serve as Teacher of the Year during the 2017-2018 school year and am highly qualified, as required by Greenville County. 

In my free time I love exercising, spending time with my friends, boyfriend, and playing with my dogs Winston and Pickles. I love to travel and spend time at the beach any chance I can.

I am originally from Greenville, SC and graduated from Eastside High School in 2009.  After graduating from Clemson, I knew I wanted to moved back home to be in Greenville County, where my joy of teaching first began.
