My name is Michelle Gerst, and I’m excited to kick off the 2025–2026 school year as a Kindergarten teacher at Tigerville. This will be my 15th year in education and my second year teaching K5 at Tigerville. Throughout my career, I’ve taught Kindergarten through 2nd grade and have also worked in intervention, supporting students who needed extra help. I’m thrilled to continue learning and growing alongside our wonderful students, families, and staff in this amazing community!

Outside of school, I love traveling to new places with my husband, reading great books, learning about animals, and spending time with our two dogs. I enjoy sharing my interests with students and families and love hearing about what your child is passionate about too. Building those connections helps make our classroom feel like a true community—and I can’t wait to get to know each of you!

Hi, my name is Linda Grimm and I am so excited to be the K5 assistant with Mrs. Gerst this year.  I have been at Tigerville for the past seven years and I'm looking forward to another great year.  I am married and have 3 grown children, but more importantly 2 grandchildren.  I have been a teacher/assistant for 27 years, and have enjoyed all my time spent with children and seeing all of the milestones that they will accomplish.  I am looking forward to a GREAT year!
