Students and parents must review and sign the Responsible Use Procedures form prior to students being issued a Chromebook. This insures that families are aware and understand a student's responsibilities while using technology and serves as parent permission for a student to be issued a Chromebook.
Parents must sign the Chromebook Agreement form prior to students being able to bring the Chromebook home. Only ONE accidental damage issue will be covered per calendar year. An example of accidental damage includes a Chromebook unintentionally dropped, causing screen or hinge damage.
