I’ve had the joy of teaching at Augusta Circle Elementary for the past 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine being anywhere else. This school holds a special place in my heart—not only because I love teaching art, but because the community here is incredibly supportive, kind, and connected. Art has always been a passion of mine, and sharing that with students every day is a privilege.
Outside of school, I’m blessed with a wonderful family. My husband and I have five children: our oldest son, Christopher, is married to Mollie and they live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; our daughter Caroline and her husband Adam live in Nashville, Tennessee; our son Griffin lives in Charleston; our daughter Lila will be a senior at Greenville High School this year; and our youngest, Spencer, is heading into ninth grade. Life is full—and I’m grateful for every minute of it!
