About the Teacher

My name is Virginia Tate and I am so excited to joining the BRHS community as a teacher this year.  I am a BRHS alumni and graduated in 2018. Blue Ridge is very special to me as this is where I met my husband of 3 years.  I received a Bachelors of science in Special education from Winthrop University in 2022.  This year will be my 4th year of teaching and  I will be teaching the ID Mod classroom as well as the Read 180 program.  I am so excited for the 25-26 school year!
