Grade/Subject: Math Interventionist
Hello, my name is Tammy Aman, and I am a part-time Math Interventionist at ENSA. I work with students in small flexible groups using the GCS Math Curriculum and the Bridges Math Intervention Program.
This is my 16th year at ENSA and my 27th year teaching. After graduating from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, I taught eleven years in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. I also received my ESOL teacher certification from UNC Charlotte. My areas of certification are:
Elementary (Highly Qualified)
Early Childhood (Highly Qualified)
Middle Level Language Arts
Middle Level Social Studies
English as a Second Language
*R2S Literacy Teacher Endorsement
I am excited to be a part of the ENSA family and enjoy working with such a dedicated staff!
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband, Scott, my two sons, Nathan (25), and Reece (22), and our sweet goldendoodle, Georgia.
My hobbies include visiting family, reading, exercising, playing Mah-jongg, and cheering on the Marshall Thundering Herd & South Carolina Gamecocks!
