I am a home-grown, Greer girl. Raised in South Carolina and a product of Greenville County Schools, I am proud to serve in the same county I grew up in. I began my teaching career in Oconee County after graduating from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I also have a Masters Degree specializing in Reading and an Education Specialist Degree specializing in Administration and Supervision, both from Clemson University.
Through out my educational career, I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second and third grades, held the position of Literacy Specialist and am now the Title I Instructional Facilitator at East North Street Academy and Chandler Creek Elementary. I am passionate about supporting students, teachers, parents and care-givers.
My family and I love watching Clemson football and baseball, spending time with friends and family, travel, reading, swimming and movies.
