I'm Ms. Olenja & Welcome to my page!!!
I am so excited to begin my 2nd year at Hughes Academy.
This is my 12th year as a GCS STEM teacher & VEX robotics coach. I believe in providing varied educational experiences where students can develop a curiosity about STEM education & careers.
I am originally from Boston, MA, but have lived & taught in Greenville SC since 2005. I have 2 children, a daughter-in-law, 3 grandchildren and 1 dog: an Italian Greyhound named Prince. Some of my favorite things are reading books, enjoying a cup of coffee or some dark chocolate, traveling & spending time with my family & friends. My favorite restaurants is Pho 99 & Limoncello
