Welcome to our class! I'm so glad you're here!

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education at Lander University.  My first year teaching was in Anderson District 5 where I taught 7th grade Honors Science and Resource Math for one year.  I then moved to Simpsonville and joined the Bryson Elementary team and was there from 2000-2020! While at Bryson, I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. I actually looped with my last class there from 3rd-5th! I was the School Webmaster for Bryson almost my entire career! I love technology and incorporating it into my classroom. I taught 4th and 5th grades while with the Virtual Program from 2020-2023. I am happy to be returning to Bryson to teach 4th grade!

I have a daughter that is a graduate of GCS and a son that is currently attending.  I also have a step-daughter and step-son. We have a dog named Oreo, a kitty named Poe, and a Mini Golden Doodle named Remi! We love spending quality family time together and that usually involves a lot of food!
