Interactive Notebook Requirements

INNB (Interactive Notebook) Table of Contents:

Current Notebook check items are below:  

Students will complete daily assignments (labs, quizzes, student responses, notes, etc.) in their science notebook.  Students will use a 3 ring binder- they may share this with another class, but must have a science tab with ONLY science stuff in that section.  Notebooks will be graded quarterly as a major assignment, but formative assessments completed in the notebook will also be checked periodically and graded on the formative grading scale to assess student learning.  

 The items that are expected in the notebook will be listed on this page AND posted on the wall in our classroom and can be found in google classroom also.

ALL ENTRIES ARE LABELED ON GOOGLE CLASSROOM-  UNDER THE CLASS WORK TAB:

Entries 1-7 are under "History of the Earth"

Bell Work is on various agenda slideshows. Students should be copying the questions, gluing the slips during the bellwork time (first 5 minutes of class) daily.
