Name: Suzanne Martin

Grade/Subject: First Grade

   My name is Suzanne Martin. I was born here in Greenville. I have lived in Greenville all my life. I always wanted to be a teacher. I am starting my 33rd year of teaching. I attended Winthrop College (Winthrop University now) home of the Eagles. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 1991. I am also highly certified in Early Childhood. I am married to DeWayne. He is a truck driver. I love to watch football and baseball. My favorite football  team is the South Carolina Gamecocks and favorite baseball team is the Atlanta Brave. I also love to watch NASCAR. I live out in the country where deer and wild turkeys come to visit my back yard all the time. I love to sit on my front porch in my rocking chair and read.
